OAS総会：米国務長官出席で期待される米州民主憲章の推進

ポンペオ米国務長官は、10月20・21日の米州機構（OAS）総会に米国代表団を率いて出席すると発表した。米州民主憲章の原則を無視して国民への抑圧を続けるキューバ、ニカラグア、ベネズエラの政権に対抗する時だと述べている。
